Another banger from Sweet Adjeley❤❤ As for the spice blend it's truly a life saver. I tried it months ago and I'm glad I did. It's perfect for those of us who don't use stock cubes.
This will really taste great. Ginger, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and peppercorn, I really love the combination and your beautiful blender did a great justice to it. The outcome is really colourful
You're a great blessing to the Female gender. I'm an advocate of Natural cooking ingredients and you've really inspired me a lot in so many ways. If I may ask, can I do this in powdery form only?
Hello sweet Adjely , Yes I do remember when you shared that seasoning cubes a few years back I'm going to get mine together thank you again for sharing your amazing creativity and recipes may you and your family be blessed continually by the hands of God.
I have to make this !! We LOVE these flavors but are new to this ethnic cuisine.. altho I have been watching your channel for a long time.. I live in a smaller city that does not sell things like cow foot or tripe WHICH WE DO LOVE but have never cooked together in this type of cuisine... but so excited to try .. you make everything look so delishious 😋👌... soo thankful you share what you know... 💝
Any where that processes conventional meats will have it. Try a local butcher or slaughter house as opposed to a grocery store. If that doesn't work going to the closest city and look for an Asian or Hispanic grocers Don't know if you're in the U.S. or not but cuts like tripe or cow foot commonly used in ethnic cuisines aren't consumed by the public because of the culture.. so they'll go for cheap because they're considered parts that are thrown away or processed for other things like gelatin. What's good is you can get it in abundance.. you just have to know where to look for it. Hope this helps
Awwwwww sweet Adjeley God bless u lots. I was just telling a fren yesterday dat I need to search yr page to find how u do the cubes spices . This is God answering my prayer. Bless u sis
I always watch to the very last ad. Thank you Aunty for sharing this. I recently made some spice blend cubes and it has saved me a lot of time in the kitchen. I’ve gone to even create my own cubes with my favorite vegetables. I can’t wait to try this one 😍
Hello Sis Adjeley Love your work, just wanted to say Ginger grows under the soil so it’s nutrients are right under the skin. It’s best to give it a clean was two to three times and use it with the skin. If you take off the skin, you’ve lost lost of nutrients .
Happy Fridaaaayyyyyyyy ☺️ thanks for another awesome recipe for spice blends. You're such a GEM 💎 have a safe and wonderful weekend. Peace 🕊️ Love 💞 and Blessings 🙏🏾
Sweet Adjeley I need to deep dive into your amazing recipes, and stock up my pantry and freezer with your top shelf cooking 🥰🥰🥰 One day I want a big kitchen, with an equally big pantry and multiple freezers, just so I can fill them all up with all sorts of home made goodies 🥰 and have ALL my kitchen machines out on the kitchen tops, plugged in and ready to use at any time 😃😃😃 (rather than having to keep taking them out, and pack em away again all the time urgh! 😖). Hi - just came across your channel-- I love your ideas. They are great ideas. Thank you for sharing this with us. These spices will be so appreciated in the future. God bless you so much - from grandma Katie in Oregon,USA
This is a good idea. I did this with my lemons so i could still have lemon juice for my tea when the price of food went up. I bought them just in time. I refuse to pay too much for food.
Thank you I started a garden and I have loads of onion garlic and ginger the easiest things to grow they last a long time but you still need to use them and this was the perfect thing to do. I have bags of it in my freezer and take them out when I need you save the day once again lol
Thank you very much for this idea idea I made my own seasoning but I but I made a small amount at a time because I don't want it stain in the fridge for too long with your idea I can make a lot freeze them in the ice cube tray and then transfer them to a ziploc bag wala very smart thank you
Thanks once again for this great recipe. I'm going to do mine and I know it's going to save me time in the kitchen. BTW there's no more dums) in Ghana so rest assured 😊
Hi, I really would like to try your recipes, they look so good. I was wondering if you could do another video of your spice blend mix but not in bulk. As I just want to try an not exactly buy all the ingredients to store in freezer. If you do a video of it in a lower quantity like the amount you would blend just for 1 of your recipes would be great. 🙂
You can still make this spice blend by reducing the quantity. Our beautiful African queens around the world cook soul food with no measurements we measure with our eyes 🔥🔥🔥
This looks like a form of pesto. When I keep pesto in the fridge I top it with oil, which keeps the colour. I pour off the oil to use in the same dish that I'm going to use some of the pesto and add more oil when I have taken what I want.
You're thinking of Pesto Genovese which has that particular recipe. A pesto is any sauce made in a pestle (where the 'pesto' part comes from ) and mortar.
I love this. Please, I would like to know if the parsley used is same with the one Nigerians call ewedu, because our own parsley is gelatinous/slippery. Thanks
