That Delta Business Gold isn't a bad deal. Book a $150 hotel once a year through the Delta portal and you get the credit for it. I'd consider getting it but O'hare isn't a Delta hub.
Upper tier credit cards are tough to sell to fellow Chicagoans like us, since our airport lounges are doodoo. United is way too strong at OHare. I like Southwest cause I live closer to Midway.

Which cards are you actually using? I just applied for the IHG business. They said they will get back to me. I’m way over 5/24. I like the Sapphire Reserve too.
CSR, CFU, sometimes Bilt, sometimes Amex Gold. VX for shared purchases with gf

Do you get the fidelity debit card with the cash management account? Been looking to move my stuff with Chase over to fidelity potentially so just wondering
They just recently replaced the issuer of the card itself and there's pretty major delays in getting one or even getting a replacement if yours was lost or stolen.
Schwab offers same thing no hassle - they won’t auto sweep to MMF but nothing stops you from doing it yourself if you really want to maximize whatever cash you have in checking acct. As rates come down I don’t think it matters hardly at all.
Fidelity is in the process of changing everyone’s debit card to new style. Have had excellent customer service with both Schwab and fidelity. I like the cma SPAXX sweep so I can use it as my HYSA too. I also have my work Roth 401k in fidelity so I just went with them
