For 2 inc : at the next 2 stitches make 2 single crochet at each stitches, so you will have 4 single crochet in total. For 3 sc at 1 st : make 3 single crochet at 1 stitch. You will have only 3 sc in total. I hope this answer can help you 😊

Inc, sc, 3sc at the top of 3 chains, sc, 3inc, sc, 3sc at the top of 3 ch, sc, 2 inc (22) 4. Sc around (22) Repeat row 4 until it can cover all the bottom part of your airpods
