I have a Benro and it is virtually impossible to put the lock back without the black shims falling off. Have spent 2 hours trying. Finally decided that I will sell this tripod and by another style. How many tries did you have to do to complete this video. ???

My monopod starting slipping after about a dozen uses. I lost the clip tool and I did send an email to your parts group to find out if I can purchase another one

@Benro, Hi, I recently noticed that one of the flip locks on my tripod is broken. As per your suggestion, I went to the website and under parts I couldn't find any flip locks for my model, TAD38C. Any help would be appreciated. ty

It is made from a proprietary composite material that provides superior performance in all climates and has a very long duty cycles for a long functional life.

Hi, I have been going back and forth with the local distributor in UAE. They only do repairs on the products which is under warranty. My tripod’s warranty is expired and they have refused to provide me with the replacement part which is shown in the video. I have tried many times but all to no avail. Can I please get the information to get this part form perhaps outside the country. I have a big event coming up and I need the tripod up and running.
Hard to replace when the parts department sends you the wrong parts! And you cant find the parts anywhere else!! Not happy
