I got a question on the batteries about a month and a half to two months ago. We got new batteries in our SX and they are smaller than the old ones are are those the right batteries
@@michaelcrandall7691 gotcha. I have one more question. How often do you get work orders for Walmart’s Cart Mules? I only ask because I still see City Facilities technicians working on them, well at least at my Walmart. I do know they no longer service the mobility carts.
@@jaredlaws8079facility techs still work on amigos and such at Walmarts , I know in my area anyways. Maybe the tech for that store doesn’t know how they work and he sends that order out. Just trying to answer your question ✌️
Hey Michael i work at sam club and we have the cart manager sx two of them and two ultras but the sx’s the battery dies quick we get a line of carts and the battery will go down from full to one green bar left or two so is the problem id the battery or something else
Most likely the battery I'd say. At least start there, sounds like dead cells in on or both batteries. Machines must be plugged in everytime not in use or will have battery problems. Also make sure charger is comingbonbto charge batteries.
Yes, been out there for year or more, cheaper version, 5/10 less cart load, same basic internal parts, external more of a order complete thing like the handle, arm.
I actually can answer the question and more in depth to Walmart wanted a 24 V system they still currently make the XD but Walmart wanted the SX better and if I may say the cart manager brand is not reliable the quickart M3 and m3 hd is a way better and more efficient and durable cart retriever
These videos are great!! Thank you for sharing sir!!

@@michaelcrandall7691 oh, ok. How often does your company service the Cart Mules for Walmart?

Hey, mike, did you hear there's a new one out there It's called the ultra
Yes, been out there for year or more, cheaper version, 5/10 less cart load, same basic internal parts, external more of a order complete thing like the handle, arm.
What is the cart load on the ultra
@tuckertroy65 15/20...manual should be under hood....anything beyond that voids warranty
Those sxs and ultras are not as tough as the xd or xd plus
Hi
How do i reboot the machine?
What you see here is what you get we all still learning. If I were to guess, maybe like a router, unplug for min, then plug back in....
I got a question why does the SX have two batteries in the XD has three batteries
24v system (2 x 12v) 36v system (3 x 12v)
