Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm video game developed by Funkin' Crew Inc. and released on Newgrounds in 2020. The game is developed by a small group called The Funkin' Crew Inc., which consists primarily of Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r. The game is also open-source.[a] It shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution, PaRappa the Rapper, and the "Dance Contest" minigame from Club Penguin, and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games. The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site that rose in popularity in the early 2000s.
Hit Single, also sometimes known as Hit Single Real is a mod directed by Churgney Gurgney/Sturm. It features Sturm's self-proclaimed "Hit Singles". It contains several songs featuring several opponents with more to come in the future.

Garn47 is it's own seperate game that just happens to be inside this mod. You can boot it up seperately (and there's non-song secrets). Personally I think (most of) the songs are just decent, but Garn is the perfect shitpost game. Silly Billy is a banger though and also Car my beloved.

Silly Billy was the nickname that Herself gave to Yourself. This can also be seen in the front cover of the song by the original creator, Churgney Gurgney. The text on the front spells out "she calls me" with the title of the song under it.
This is a nod to the lore of yourself and herself.

Technically he missed a lot. There’s so many secrets in this game it would take hours to find them all yourself and still a few hours to find them all with a guide.

Silly Billy was created due to a developer who worked on sonic.exe called devine or smth he was a concept created by devine but due to cancer devine died while sleeping this was hinted by line "Stay, Awake" there was also a line saying "I'll make you say how proud you are of me" and billy/yourself basically say's to devine are you proud of me?
Actuall Lore :
Billy/Yourself is not a a impersonator he is a different universe boyfriend where he lost it all his girlfriend/herself died due to an accident and those marks on billy/yourselfs body is due to him not caring about himself and billy/yourself want's to seek someone and tell him that he's proud of him

Edit: I'll just add in that Yourself/Billy was originally based off of Lookalike and was presumably involved in a freak accident that left him somewhat rotting.
If you pause at the right time at the part of the red flame burst, you'll see a vague outline of Herself as the flame with her arms around Himself.
To add onto the lore, Yourself is an angel and Herself is a demon, the two's relationship was very much forbidden so Herself got killed as punishment, you can see Yourself's wings shortly when Herself also appears

So, to anyone confused as to why this mod feels like it snorted a line of coke its because it is a collection of abandoned and canceled projects that the artist couldn't complete for 1 reason or another. The sonic ones are a character called Lord X from the Sonic exe mod, but due to several reasons and the mod author passing, it wasn't released, same with silly Billy. The others are just shitposts added in.

Sad fact...: the original creator was a sonic.exe dev named divine he made sketches about a version of boyfriend as exe. Sad part; divine had cancer and he died to it in his sleep , divine showed the sketches on the internet so the guy who made it used the illustrations to make this masterpiece so I assume that "how proud of you are me" one of silly billy's voicelines reffers to how proud he would be if he saw this and "stay awake long enough to see my way" another one of his voicelines reffers to how he died in his sleep ... the silly billy song was actually made in rememberance of the person who sketched the character. the song has hidden themes of loss (no matter how cheesy that is), and I think the song is honestly a magnum opus.

So, it's time is a memorial for devide ( one of the most prevalent FNF modding artists who died ) joyous, it's time, and trichael all have lyrics. This mod in it's entirety to was made to give the lime light to songs that didn't make their base mods as joyous and tricheal were meant to be apart of exe. The rest of the hype comes from the fact that it has not one but 2 games using the FNF game engine.
For Garn47 in cars area you need to fly up after freeing Car and unlock your cursor and click the map which unlocks another song I belive but there is more to Garn then just the songs it has it's own ending

Sad fact: this was technically made by Divide (Some people call him divine) and he was a modder/dev for sonic.exe. but one day, he died in his sleep from cancer. Apparently though, someone saw his sketch of this alternate boyfriend character and made a whole mod about it. While the lyrics do reference girlfriend, it also references Divide and how if divide was alive right now, he would be proud. And the stay awake part references how divide died in his sleep, saying for him to just stay awake to see what he had created
