I haven’t looked for a place too park for the night since the 80’s. It was hard then at least on the east coast side of the states. It’s way more populated than the center of the country.
Next week we are off to visit Death Valley for two weeks. The first week we are in a camp ground but the fallowing week we will be wild camping in what is called BLM land . Here in the States it is easier to find wild camping in the western states.
@@offtrackfamily Most National forests allow camping some are designated others are not . Not to be confused with National Parks. Often BLM land ( Bureau of Land Management) will allow 14 days camping. (www.blm.gov ) Website will show BLM for different states . There are sites like All Trails,Gaia , onX Maps that will show public lands and trails.
See, if you had a blanket you could have distracted the bull 🐂 like a matador!!!! 😂
Not sure I'd carry a red blanket 🤔😆
I remember watching your video with the bull
That was a scary encounter 😅

I can imagine it might be similar to here when many people live around even in countryside, makes it more difficult.

Is there a map or anyway to know where you are allowed to free camp in the US ?
