I cant believe they didnt play far enough to get to Dulocheim, it has both Shrek and Lord Farquaad as bosses which immediately makes it the best level.
A thor game has a ton of potential. Who wouldn't want a game where you can fly around as a Norse God with a Godly hammer of lightning? Make fully destructible cities where you can fly, use your lightning to destroy skyscraper, and sling enemies through buildings. That sounds awesome.
My dream idea for a marvel thor game is to make it a open world Thor game set in Asgard about a young Thor who has only recently gotten mjolnir and have him grow into the title of god of thunder and aesthetically it needs to look like jack kirbys artstyle come to life bright colors and it needs to be a love letter to the source material not the MCU movies
My grandma bought me and my brother both a copy of this game for the PS3 for Christmas (despite sharing the system so two of the game didn't make sense). We hated the game and it was worse because we had 2 of them on our shelf
I think the captain america super soldier game is actually good because the developers are next level games which made like a bunch of nintendo games and spider man friend or foe and they even got the original actors for the voice acting

something I'm super grateful for in modern gaming is that disabling camera shake is considered and accessibility feature. So pretty much every game has the option to disable it now. I've seen some games throw motion blur and depth of field in the accessibility features too which is a life saver. Idk how anyone can play a game with motion blur or DOF on it's headache inducing. Your eyes already blur things in motion and are able to focus on things individually by design so I don't need a video game to simulate that for me it just hurts my head.
Mythological Thor and God of War Thor are better than Marvel comics and MCU Thor. God of War even did a better fat Thor than Avengers Endgame because he still had a character and could fight rather than Endgame's "LOL he eats a lot and plays Fortnite."

This might be the only movie tie in game in existence where the DS version is actually the superior port. Usually the handheld versions are the most dire of all. Not the case here. Not that it's anything special, it's the definition of average imo. But if you're curious or just dead set on playing a Thor game go for that one.
Jotunn are the denizens of Jotunheim. Calling them either giants or demons is quite reductive but they can be big and they can be grim. Loki is from Jotunheim as well.
