Did u really do around 4 houres in total everyday for just warming up?

don't forget he has 10k hours in csgo, at his level he needs 3 hours of DM, if you are an average player, 3 hours is too much, you should do less, and when u get really good u can try 3 hours, the better u get the harder ur training should be.
