The "guitarist singing along with the singer" is actually bassist Miho - and she sing it because she wrote the song! You can see how obviously proud she is about it. She's also the band founder and leader.

You’re lucky some more to discover with this amazing band. All their songs are good, have fun and enjoy. The band you listen two years ago was maybe band maid, another famous girls band of Japan.
I'm 54, and I have to say, this is the best metal band I have ever enjoyed, next to Iron Maiden (UP THE IRONS FOREVER).

Japanese schoolchildren are required to master an instrument, and a lot of them started taking up electric guitar in the 1980s, including lots of girls. Nothing like that happening in the West.
@@Sergof 9 years of compulsory education in Japan always includes classes to learn easy-to-handle musical instruments such as recorders and keyboard harmonicas. This hasn't changed for more than 50 years.

The band members have learned European metal or Classical music at school or university of music🎸There're lots of Female rock bands in Japan now, but clearly LOVEBITES is way better than others💕

This band is amazing and any other LIVE performance will be awesome (except Bloodstock as the audio there is lousy, but not the band's fault). Japanese musicians are gifted but it is their work effort and their constant drive for perfection that makes them so much better than a lot of other musicians. The female bands also in general have less ego issues and Japan today is where you will find Metal and Rock that is glorious and refreshing unlike the music we are stuck with here in the States. Well done and start on that list as you have a long way to go as well as getting to experience all the great bands out there.

Great reaction. Hope you have both DVD’s now. Others seem to get around the copyright issue by pausing and giving brief comment, then resuming, which is better than no review. They became my favourite band 30 seconds into the first song I heard.

My favorite in the group is Haruna. The queen of the drums. The drum work in this song is phenomenal, including the break after Midori's solo
The drummer is only 145 cm. The tallest is like 157 cm or so. One of the reasons they have given for wearing white is so they can be seen. They have performed at Wacken & Bloodstock. The Japanese female metal band singers are usually more western style singers.
Hello!! First☝️, perhaps you know this already but today I woke up to sad news that really touches me😕... Alexi Laiho from Children Of Bodom has passed away at the age of 41... It just feels so strange because he was only two years older than me😕.. I was never such a fan of COB but I appreciated him very much and I think he was once voted for the best guitarist in the world so it is shame that such a talented musician left this world again TOO young😥.. I got the chance to see him live once with their last tour and I'm SO glad I did and it was very good show actually!! So perhaps you could do a video with some of their songs to honor him. I don't know their stuff SO well but I think I once reguested their song "Towards Dead End"...... Very sad day to metalworld indeed😕
But to this song🤔.... Honestly..... Not any clue what to say😬... This was SO off of what I listen normally. Not catchy at all, just shouting all the way through the whole song, pretty pointless intense instrumentation without any followable melody😬, a power metal song so😌.... A perfect example why I struggle with power metal songs so often😅..(if this even was a pure power metal song because I actually struggle a bit to even put this on any category😅)
The performance itself was good and most likely I would enjoy this live but this song is not just for me😌. I remember liking the previous one so I guess they have potential and it is what it is with many other bands too☝️, you like some songs and some songs not😌...

@@StormchildReacts Na mir war schon klar, dass da ein Akzent da ist, aber in Deinem ersten LOVEBITES video waren wohl keine offensichtlichen Hinweise auf die "German connections", zumindest kann ich mich nicht erinnern.
I muss dabei gestehen, dass ich mir zu mindestens 80% nur LOVEBITES reactions reinziehe (ja, die Band ist so gut!!), deswegen sind mir wohl entsprechende Hinweise in evtl. anderen Videos von Euch entgangen ... ;-)
