  • For those new to lighting and seeking an upgrade from ring lights, I highly suggest trying out the Godox SL60II-D. This marks my initial venture into a professional lighting setup, and given my budget constraints, it was the ideal choice alongside a Triopo 90cm softbox and a sturdy metallic stand. Stay tuned, as I plan to return in a month or two with a comprehensive review detailing my experience with this spotlight.

I can't hear the fan noise at all, even in a sound treated room.

I bought this because I didn't want fan noise especially since many complained about the sl60w older version was loud but this one my microphone doesn't pick the fan and since I have a long 90cm softbox I can't here the fan since it's way behind

I'm sorry to hear your unit was that noisy, but mine honestly, the mic couldn't pick it up especially since it's a budget light
