    It was the night before I have to get my Christmas Eve dinner ready, and all through the house while my keyboard is clicking and so is my mouse. I happen upon this video, and quick as a flash, I hit the Like button. With a twinkle in his eye and wink to make sure, I hit the jolly red button, and subscribe here, tonight.

    do you cover it at any point its baking?

    • @KnockoutKitchen
      @KnockoutKitchen  2 года назад

      Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. The only real reason to have it uncovered is to caramelize the glaze on it.

    This looks absolutely amazing! Does the mustard taste come through a lot?

      It sort of forms a nice glazed crust. The outside pieces taste delicious and the mustard flavour isn't overpowering. You should try it out for xmas! Just use whatever mustards you have. Thanks for watching. 🎅🏻

    wow... do not pour all that pork stock down the drain...

      @KnockoutKitchen  3 года назад +1

      I didn't have a use for it whilst shooting this video, but it definitely is a great stock to use for soups and sauces.

      @@KnockoutKitchen yeah. It’s easy enough to freeze. I love making a split pea soup from left over glazed ham. The port stock makes a great base.

      Hambone pea soup is my favourite. If I was making that, I would have used that stock for sure.
