Ragnarok here , someone who has lifted for years and has certifications, for shoulder press’s you actually don’t want a 90 degree angle. You want to bring your elbows slightly in or else you will have very very bad shoulder issues later on. Also for bent over rows you want to hinge at the hips and bend completely over or almsot over and pull the dumbell to your hip. Like your going from chest to hip as you pull like a J shape. I’m 200 pounds , bench 315, deadlift 525 and squat 405. Nothing insane but just trying to help. Also before anyone says anything no I am not bragging or being mean. Yes I know starts somewhere, I am just passionate about physical fitness. My girlfriend also lifts and competes. We both just love it. So I’m not trying to sound arrogant or condescending please.

Physical exertion is important for mind and body. Personally i keep a kettle bell and a yoga mat near my front door to remind myself to do a set or two before leaving my house each day. Im not trying to bulk up, but doing a little every day is important to maintain core strength. It is surprising how quickly you can lose muscle if you dont make it a part of your daily routine. Consistency is paramount, imo

Unfortunately, these team comps do not work in a non-talent afk stage. You need the lightbearer faction talent for Rowan to ult twice for the endless cc loop. You also need the celehypo faction talent for the dark void lock 🔐 Of course, if I find an OP standard afk stage auto pushing team, I will film a video on that 🎞️
I think Tasi as at that perfect balance point for where a hero should be. She managed to find a strong niche in afk stages and does great with the right pvp team, but isn't an auto include like Lily May. Hope the other factions start getting heroes like her and that we don't see another Soren or Lily May on the rate-up banner.

Didn't work for me, Tasi is only m and I just used up all my yellow essence getting lilly may to +14. Didn't level up the hypo/cele tree either, the other 4 are all level up through 2 with tier 3 points to the wilder extra projectile. Pheastro only L+ but he may still be usable. I'll save these formations though, aspirationally.
Yeah, without mythic+ Tasi, you miss out on her 70 haste and 90% dmg reduction when she ults and sends everyone to the dreamscape. This also helps her maintain almost 100% uptime on keeping all enemies to sleep and the extra haste helps with the energy generation for her next ult. I hope you will assemble the combo pieces soon!
I have seen Scarlita replaced by Dionel or Berial. You can do Reinier too, but then you cannot auto play reliably anymore because he will blink an enemy off the map right before Smokey gets his blue fog off. Talene seems non-negotiable.
She still works wonders in regular pvp with no tiles/special V map, you just have to use the right comp and she is a powerhouse, but yeah let everyone think she's bad so we can keep demolishing with her
My guildmate rank 3 in standard arena is running Scarlita Pesto Tasi Hewynn Damian confining spell with great success. But yeah, that is how much stall is needed for Tasi to ult haha 😆

I say build Talene if you want a smoother afk stage auto pushing experience. Mythic+ pesto is plenty tanky 👍

Tasi isnt that valuable long term. Shes ok without the lb tiles. Shes only this strong because of these tiles which are going away end of season
