Mahalia Jackson Estate fully supports Fantasia in movie role

- Reports claiming the Mahalia movie producers and Jackson family members to be upset with star Fantasia due to her unexpected pregnancy have proven to be false! The originating source (an article in the NY Post) has issued a public apology to Fantasia, and in this interview a Jackson Estate rep & family member has also confirmed there are no negative judgements or feelings towards Fantasia whatsoever, and they support Fantasia in the role. As revealed on the Wendy Williams show, the delay of film production originated prior to Fantasia's pregnancy, is solely financial, and unrelated to Fantasia at all.
