U can also add tiles to adjust the black borders

@@okay_854 by tiles I meant motion tiles, when you head track there will be some black borders, to remove that you can put "motion tile" and set the width and height to 300 and tick the mirror box then there will be no black borders

I just did exactly the same thing and it follows the character's head well but the video it crosses in all directions at the same time and you can see all the emptiness why it doesn't stay stable when it follows the character's head

If you have pc and after effects, you can make your own twixtor clips. If you dont, you can still download slow motion clips from youtube by just searching like “ Captain America twixtor clips” and you will get tons of free clips.. you can simply download them. You might have to comprise in the quality of clips, but its doable
