kilimanjaro is dope. its difficult but you have a lot of help and can scale the intensity of the experience you want to have by choosing different routes and levels of porter involvement. Definitely easier and more enjoyable than an iron man

Shaan should ALSO print out a picture of a guy that he's not the biggest fan of coming in and outbidding him on his dream house if he doesn't hit his goals. Ultimate rage n shame system!
Lazy is a loaded term. I think most people are willing to do as well for themselves as they can with the resources they have, and to some on the outside that might not look like much in comparison. But you never know what's going on with someone's internal life. I think the best that we can do is be there for each other and encourage each other when we can
Love the show and the episode but I feel Sam should set the record straight on the Ironman thing since it was an Ironman 70.3 the guys did which is actually only a half distance Ironman 😉 Nevertheless great achievement 👏

Come on Man! - I used to call my peers when I was eleven on my landline, and okay the evil "thriller laugh" - on a cassette!
