With the ground beef and him repeating the saying “I know it’s okay because I ground it myself.” He’s saying that so the viewers know that HE knows everything in his ground beef. If you look at ground beef from stores you can see they add other stuff into it. So he’s saying he knows it’s 100% safe to eat his ground beef “steak” med-rare because he knows what kind of beef cut he put into it!
