The spear sounds so satisfying when it hits the enemies, slashing and piercing them rather than smacking them like usual. Beautifully fought! The final boss being Wukong comes with no surprise, but I really love it!

My favourite boss, been waiting for this one. Everyone know about him stealing your gourd, but last time I fought him and did a pillar move during neutral, he caught my attack and just threw me off the staff. The interactivity this boss has is unreal
I love that it makes sense too. Everything the Destined One does is based off of Wukong's fighting style after all. He'd know the tricks and how to counter them.

Wukong's charged staff glowing hot red as it swings in the air is probably one of the most beautiful animations I've ever seen in action games. You beating this without getting hit just feels like a movie. If Game Science ever makes an animation of this fight, they should consider your fight.
It's such a fun play and dance to him, but in the eyes of the other person who confronted him, it would be seen as a 'Dance of curse' that doesn't end until all the dance partners die.

None of other games come close to this one, it even put pioneer game dev Capcom game "Dragon Dogma 2" to shame. I think a lot of game dev worldwide is standing up to get a better look at this game design !

Good job bud, I spent 1h trying him on my first run, and winning fight was gorgeous. He's second boss who beat my ass more than 2 times. I was so amazed when he stop my charge atack and stole my estus, this is most iconic boss fight design ever❤
If there is someone struggeling a lot i can give you quick tips, i found it much more easier than i did when i fought the first time. 1st phase Just keeps spamming all 4 charged heavy attacks and keep being far from him, this way you'll save all your mana and preferably all your flasks but nothing happens if you get hit few times, 2nd Phase its really just about dodging and finding safe windows when you can attack, i found out that everytime he does attack that flashes red-ish is always the last one of his combo, so thats when you should use all you got, i very much so recommend you to stun him after with immobilization and just play it safe, also after you heal dodge everytime as fast as you can, never double heal, you need to roll immediately so he doesnt cancel it for you :) hope this will help if you still didnt beat it :)
I love how you just casually walk at times during his second phase. Especially when he does the pillar stance. You're almost mocking him how he does to everyone else. Made ol' boy question if he actually was Sun Wukong for a sec.
Game Science ought to another award medal for "no damage taken" that will encourage gamer to take the challenge then achieved the "no damage taken" will unlock something nice.
Ongbal is on some Super Saiyan 10 level boss fight. No matter what boss fight he faces, he uses the right tools to defeat a boss. (Practice makes PERFECT.)
I don’t think any amount of practice can help you reach this level, I am an average player, who plays just for the story & after more than 100times trying I couldn’t beat the yellow brow & I give up
