- Celebrating 500 subscribers I thought of preparing a special video. From some feedback I learned that train chases are a somewhat unique feature of this channel. For this reason, I came up with the idea to compile some of the best chase sequences in one video. I was astonished that it amounted to more than 80 minutes of material, although I only selected the nicest scenes (a single chase takes about 5-7 minutes from tail to head). Nice catches my friend! Loved the fallen flag coil cars and military trains. As I said before, it is an honor and pride to watch RUclips videos where the various freight carriers help out the military.

+David Kinsey Many thanks! I also love these long sequences. If there is no traffic one can adjust the car speed to train speed and run in parallel for a while. Sometimes the train crews notice it and spend an extra horn. It's real fun, but the circumstances must be right, suitable location, sufficient speed limit, sun at the right place, and, as I said, no traffic. Camera is indeed hand-held, so it's all a bit of multitasking.
mbmars01 I usually sit on the passenger side of my grandmothers car while I'm train chasing

Something you dont see everyday (2:05) B40-8, Road Slug with new technology for the railroad. B40-8's are common on locals in Alabama.

I'm still surprised that I haven't seen you while chasing these trains and btw if you check my channel I caught a CSX Munitions transport train
I think you once mentioned you saw me, but it was about a year ago or so. Recently, I didn't have much time to railfan the Abbeville Sub or I went elsewhere. Yeah, I know, there have been several such transports recently.
i think its because of all the madness overseas and i'm freaking worried i'm 16 and the minimum age for enlistment is 18
