After a hectic week at work, I always prefer watching Mals on a Sunday. It completely makes me feel like a family member is connecting to me to tell how the days are going. Every video of yours Mals gives us all a lesson. It might be a small one but I am pretty sure it does give a big impact on most of them who really admire you. More love and power to you.

I am also going through the exact situation-pregnant and getting away from a bad marriage but I feel good reading the comments on your vlogs. Moving away from a bad marriage and keeping the pregnancy and child are two different things and both should be respected.I just wished i was also getting the same support but I am handling this alone and I dont know if its you on camera that you are getting this support or is it real. But i love the fact that people are supportive for you and I hoped the same for me. Its tough but there are certain people who support and I know how much it matters. Love has to flow thru someone for them to pass it to others. When Moms care for their child, they are actually experiencing the care first to be able to share that with their child. I guess this is selfless love.
But it's also true that there should not be excess to the extent that one lives just to be a Mom.
I love seeing rawness in your videos. 🧡

Self Love is wear your own oxygen mask first. A mother who doesn't love and prioritise herself gives same message to the child , to keep ownself second . A mother who values herself loves herself is going to teach same message to the child. If we see so many women today suffering abuse mistreatment and not even able to understand what's wrong , it's because they saw their mother's not loving respecting g their ownself. The comments section judging self love is absolutely what's wrong with the world , promoting passive conditioning instead of assertive conditioning

No malvika.. mothers and fathers can't ever say NO to their kids for self love.
No.. your child is your child.. you will protect them because they are a part of you.
    That comes naturally.
There's no practicality in this relationship.
You will realise only when you give birth and love your kid. Only then you will know how you want to be present and there for your child. Not being present will kill you inside while being there will give you inner satisfaction.

A mom can say No to child at the moment and that does not mean forever saying no. Saying no is also modelling to the child that it's ok to say No and accept a No.

But I'm gonna break this curse and change the whole narrative of my future generations🤍✨

Self love 1st or not, put yourself before or after... basically its a matter of the choice of an individual and it varies upon people to people... Generation to generation... Era to era.... I would prefer to change myself for my sanity my betterment thn to choose to change the world.... Regardless of putting one self before or after that is also our own choice/option to choose... We can't force someone to change according to our beliefs and wants.... Jub hum khud hi dusro ke liye change hona pasand nahi karenge to how can we expect others to change themselves for us or for the world or for the people around us.... So its all about choice

I feel like our generation we decided to break the chains of childhood trauma and become our own bold person but in exchange we remained young at heart and soul and didn’t learn the ropes or life like our parents with cooking and cleaning and stuff like that. Some of us are old enough to have our own kids but still feel and sometimes even behave like a child. I am still learning so much from my mom but I can’t imagine being a mom. So proud of you Mals! You are handling these challenges like a pro

So the third trimester is going to be an increase in acid reflux since your baby is growing and your uterus is expanding it will press against your other organs. So acid reflux is going to be there, elevate your head and sleep and also reduce you caffeine, spicy oily food intake (including tea-it will help). And try and ask your physician for pregnancy safe medication for the reflux :)
