So here’s how that application works for those who are wondering. HarmonyOS 4.2 the android based version uses parts of openharmony and implements it on the android system. Like the control panel and arkui homescreen. In HarmonyOS 5 huawei made the entire system based on openharmony and this app just reversed the way of android stuff. Basically it implements android parts in HarmonyOS system.
looks like people really underestimate this operating system like which other operating systems on smart phones can do what harmonyOs next do? I never heard any ios app that can install Android apk file on iPhone or installing ios app on Android 🤷♂️ but harmonyOs next can do that which is soo mind blowing to be honest

@@regishaiba im taking about any app on playstore, if i pick a random app from playstore, lets say an wallpaper one, or an app to customize the volume slider theme, and i like it, immediately i ll search for an apk...tidal, spotify, lightroom, etc..thats why i say, ios and harmonyos are useless for me..🥺
@ Yeah its a bit of an odd one, I'm not certain if the creation of a walled garden is the intent or just a consequence of the split from Android. Time will tell a bit there as I suspect what the final format is in terms of dealing with the google question in general. Personally feels a little backwards to spend years promoting AppGallery/Petal Search and its ability to get stuff from anywhere no probs to then reverse that entirely 🤔
