      This 'lecture' was amateurish, entry level at best. You're easily impressed I see.

    Very enlightening, well presented lecture. I agree that this should be on prime time TV. It would definitely have a positive effect in eliminating the misinformation and disinformation being circulating.

    I love all the lectures by Professor Whitty and very often come back to them again and again. Excellent delivery of knowledge and I am deeply saddened by the recent incident that happened to him.

    This guy has too many financial conflicts of interest to be taken seriously
    There has been complete corporate capture of so called health regulatory agencies,
    UK and Europe are no longer sovereign countries, their economies are controlled by super- wealthy international investors, ‘too big to fail’ banks, and international corporations including pharmaceutical companies whose primary purpose is growth and profits ( therefore continuous new patented medicines and medical devices; their business model depends on the maintenance and growth of an unhealthy population requiring evermore medications;
    Furthermore a small powerful clique owns the vast majority of shares and so exerts undue influence on the political class and, indeed, all of
    civil society at all levels, including academia;

      Yeah.. if SOMEONE had made the vaccine open source as they said they would, we wouldn't have all these petty antivaxxers. Who am I kidding? We would, but at least more countries could develop their own vaccines and the economical incentives would be significantly diminished...

    Very interesting and informative lecture by the very learned Professor Chris Whitty. Thank you for taking the trouble to explain a complicated subject in an easily understood format.

    Few would doubt the value of vaccines as stressed by Prof Whitty in this video, if, however, the proven benefits are to be cited as justification for the extreme response to Covid 19 over the last year and a half, some very challenging questions arise; these should be asked and discussed by competent persons in an open and public debate; the long suffering populace deserve this.
