I just got hired at this company Swank Construction as laborer trainee starting off @ $28/hr basically skipping the apprentice program jumping straight into the union after 2 weeks of work I have no experience in this kind of work at all but I think the company is national look them up

@@vetorn6244 i would think a hs or ged really is all thats need if have a record i think its okay i would just go down thier myself and ask them about membership. Thier alot of work up in Seattle.
You have to submit an application through the website then u get put on a 2 year waiting list from there u get an envelope in the mail saying you got to call to check in every 2 months too see if ur still interested
It’s on the first day after class finishes you go to a lab for test and go back the next day to turn in proof of test. They tell u result at end of week

I start my classes April 11th thanks for breaking it down a bit I was a bit nervous about takings knowledge tests

Real life experience at none uñion jobs is really the only way to study is knowing the tool names and what they are used for
