    Memories.. I lived there 1990-91, сектор В, 7th floor. The rooms are exactly the same. I laughed when I saw your "refrigerator". It worked! But only in winter, of course. The grocery store was interesting. When I was there, you could only buy bread down there, but it was always fresh, usually still warm, and only 5 kopecks.

      That's so cool, I really think it's an amazing and different living experience! Interesting how a lot of things don't seem to have changed... except the price of the bread of course! 😂

      I was there in the fall of 1993, and I remember doing the same thing for a "refrigerator".....at some points it was more of a freezer! So many memories as well!! Thank you so much @Natascha for this video! I'd love to see more from inside. When I was there, things were REALLY run down and falling apart, so glad to see that it's looking much better!

    From the outside the MSU looks glorious really beautiful.. but from the inside, not so much. The State should spend some money to make it look more appealing to the eye, also to modernize the kitchen, the laundry room, the rooms..etc

    How can you get a reduced tuition as an incoming student? And what are the prices of the student dorms?

    • @nataschatravels3710
      @nataschatravels3710  Год назад +3

      I am not sure I can answer your question so well, since I was "only" an exchange student and different rules apply for full time students. The price of the student dorm can vary as well depending on which university you come from or whether you have a scholarschip. As far as I know there is an entry test and if you pass as one of the best ones, you don't have to pay tuition fees but it's best to confirm with the university responsibles. :)

      I was there in 90-91 and it was really grubby. To me it looks really polished up now. It's probably more grand inside right now than it ever was.

      Some rooms, like big lecture halls are very grand. The rooms are, of course, not the most luxurious ones but I found them very cozy. Plus it's a good, not so expensive living opportunity for students and you always had your friends in close proximity! :)

    Why does russia send all its people to the meat grinder, 250,000 russian soliders lost, is that corruption or incompentence?

    • @luxlux5909
      @luxlux5909 11 месяцев назад

      You are Barking at the wrong tree and also it seems you are seeing too much of western News channel that's why you are saying meat grinder. Do some proper research before talking even some US officials came out and said the casualties in Ukraine side is higher when comparing it to Russia. I am not living in Russia I am not even Russian but still I answered your question because i want you to wake up there is no good side and bad side in war. everything is pure business for many people in USA and NATO Members ( don't wanna mention their names). Will give you example - one company in USA made 74 billion on profit in just one year after the war started and before the war Their yearly earning was 2.24 billion dollars 😢 you see what's happening here. If USA and NATO wanted they could have stopped this war by not allowing Ukraine to join NATO in return Russia needs to sign non aggression pact. Some companies wanted this war to happen so they told Thier puppets AKA politicians to make this war happen.

      Why america and Europeans sent their people in head cutting machine, more than 50000 soldiers were grinded in Afganistan and then Iran and at the end USA surrendered.
      Was it greed for minerals and crude oil or US wanted to establish its lost hegemony or the greed of US politicians ?
