When my Dad passed, my depression was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad, it’s not even funny. I been dealing with depression since I was a kid (due to me having Sickle Cell, and being in and out the hospital so much), so when my Dad passed, it got some bad for me to the point, I didn’t wanna get out the bed. I didn’t want to eat. I didn’t wanna y’all to anybody. I literally started in my room and cried myself to sleep for 2 months straight. I was so close to my Dad, that when he passed, my heart broke into a trillion pieces. But I had to remember, he wouldn’t want me isolating myself like that.

We think we suffer so deeply our whole life, but after this human stage, there's infinite amount of different experiences and realities. Your father knows this already and that's why he's at complete peace with everything, don't matter how confusing and difficult things may seem, we're all God split into infinity, we're all the same thing, coming from the same place to understand and feel something different, even the most evil person on earth is just god in a man form interacting and exploring with his self in every possible way so it can make sense. There has to be an opposite for anything to make sense, there has to be bad so there can be good, but really it's all good, even our pain is necessary for us to have feelings and question things, because when we leave the body,
and go back to pure energy, we then will understand that life is for infinity, there is no literal "heaven or hell" just pure energy,but a human can't know this because we will not care to survive or do anything right. Just keep being the great daughter he raised and know that every single event in your life is for a reason, good or bad there's a bigger purpose in everything we go thru. 🙏
