I work at a financial institution . It’s almost always family or someone the victim knows that commits fraud. It’s so sad. A lot of people won’t file fraud charges against their family member and that makes them liable first the full amount.
Your statement about 3 and 4 night cruises are "Booze Cruises" is not necessarily true. The 3 and 4 night cruises on the Disney Wish, Disney Magic and the Disney Fantasy are always sold out and can never be thought of as "Booze Cruises"
