- In EP.32 of Carp Angle we head to the famous Orchid Lakes in Oxford to see if it really lives up to it's reputation of having great winter form! Whilst trying to catch a fish or two we are also joined by the Fishery Manager Chris Currie who has a wealth of knowledge in the game.
Also featuring Dave Levy, Ritchie McDonald & Dave Ball.

Bang on mate great episode once again. You made me laugh though playing the fish on 10lb hook link, back in the early 80's I used to use 8lb main line with 6lb hook links at Savay in the winter, that made your bum squeak.... 🍐

@@CarpAngle I fished fit man's on top lake back end of last year, waded down the left margin and dropped a rig on a spot, got back to my peg to get my other rods out and put a hook through my finger, not got a clue how it even happened and never before even come close to doing anything like this in 15 years of angling 😂 this story just give me chills 👻👻😂

❤️. Edit I normally only put a heart but feel I had to share this. A lake I fished the lads and I had exactly same experience as Dave with the sleep paralysis. Only happens in certain 2 pegs on the lake. Wow his story has basically confirmed what we all thought 👻.
