same- the change of mind set, some chipping practice, and course management advice on here had me go from failing to break 100 to shooting low 80s just by teeing off with irons a lot more and plotting my way around the course, in one easy season.

This video was super helpful. I went out and played my local course and I shot… about the same as I always do because my short game is terrible. But I kept myself in play a lot more often and out of difficult shots below trees. I’m sure as I practice this I’ll get better at and start to shave strokes off as my chipping and putting improves as well. Thank you for the great video

Great Vid and love your slight digs at Rick, Peter and Grant. These vids continue to help my game improve more than anyone else's. I pass them along to fellow golfers but I do have to explain that when you say confidentiality, you are just messing about or they'd end up thinking you were an idiot. That is, of course, until they catch your phenomenal golf game.
First round this year was my lowest in a while. Putting practice through winter paying off! Hope I can keep that chill vibe.

This is just really understandable, enjoyable, assisted golf. Just subscribed. For me on 18's and now becoming a more regular golfer. Started 6 years ago, turned 62. Watched your video on course management, converting pars to 1 over. Changed my game, made it more reliable, enjoyable and found myself playing a lot more around and on the greens. Fantastic and Thankyou.
I watch a lot of you tube golf videos and Matt you are the best putter of all of the you tubers. I would give the guy whose channel is “Not a scratch golfer”2nd place but he is not as consistent as Matt. Keep up the great videos!

I did a quick video of my swing (not one I'll send to the app) and already see things I never expected. My consistent left hook (not a punch mind you, I'm not a boxer!) is but one thing I need to tackle. My plan is to become less of a range rat and more of a playa this season. I have high hopes!

14:25 was the realest part of the video for me. I will say, as a beginner, it's very hard to separate great golf swings from great golfing. i'm still trying to consistently break 100 while using the 150PSP* system. my * became my driver as my coach has been working wonders on my driver swing. I'm actually hitting it where i want to about 40-50% of the time. however, it took me a while to be real with myself and say "hey dude. yes you can hit driver sometimes, but you're putting the 7 and 6 iron within 30 ft of your target like 80% of the time on the range. just hit them off the tee." thus my fairways hit have almost doubled, and i don't feel too bad about not hitting my driver as far or as cool as others. #outfluenza
