I was baptised by RR & The Family Band in ABQ when he opened for my beloved Carlos Santana. RR is someone I never miss seeing when possible. Was stoked to see him at a small outdoor venue here in Wichita KS 2 yrs ago and he played one song and got shut down due to lightning. 😭😭😭😭. Waiting til the next time. Would love to see JB & RR together in concert. Great interview. I learned so much.

In 2001 or 2002 my Mom won a Brownsville Choirboy Seafoam Green autographed by you Joe on KINK 101.9 in Portland, during the Waterfront Bluesfest. I was 14 years old and I learned to play on it, the autograph wore off after a few years, but I loved that guitar. When I was in my late twenties it was stolen and I was never able to replace it but I am glad she won it, otherwise I never would've learned. Thank You

Robert Randolph, looking forward to meeting you on Joe’s show tomorrow!
Have watched many videos of you on the pedal steel guitar, and I especially enjoy “Going Down” at the 2010 Crossroads Guitar Festival with Joe. You were a bit of a ham at the end, which I *_absolutely_* loved!
Anyone can see how much you love doing what you do! ❤️.¸¸.☆

?? Since Utica and Rochester were mentioned a lot, I was wondering if a fellow named Chet Catallo has been on your radar.
Thanks Mr. Randolph for all the wonderful music. Used to blast your releases in our local music store, and it was greatly enjoyed.

I'd never seen a steel(spellcheck- e on the end?) guitar in church (Baptist). We probably just don't have anyone who can play them.😊 I looked up the Campbell Brothers- found em!👍 Have you ever seen the video of Vince Gill and Carrie Underwood "How Great Thou Art"? I cry everytime.

I love the idea of Joe producing other artists , with a “...yeah turn it up a bit and maybe take an extra chorus...” I remember as a young player trying to do what the producer said ( he seemed like a grown up to us), trying SO hard to follow the “ rules” , and ending up sounding nearly as good as someone else, rather than being ourselves.....👍🎸🇬🇧

Sorry - I had to give up watching after a few minutes. I just can't listen to anyone who has such a bad case of the "like" disease.
