It's her private life, she shares it when she feels is important in the right place and right time, with the right people, she's a professional who deals with it and still works very hard and perform live, she won't be like "oh im in pain I can't go perform", she showed up last minute at the Oscars to perform cuz she was busy on the set of Joker 2 and still went to perform and killed it!
