    You have to be pretty much sure about the pricing of rizta. Is it for middle class people or rich class , 20-30k over priced and backside discbrake brake is missing in this price. Ans why you separated the pro pack it’s the soul of the features of electric scooter. Other competitors are giving this without any extra cost. 20k for this. I know your brand is more reliable but make it more affordable in 1.5 lakh with pro pack. You will kill the competition . Please give some offer bring it to the price 20k less it will revolutionise the ev market in India ❤

    I Had A Bug In My Scooter Regarding The New Atherstack 6 Update , That Is , When I ON The Scooter , The Blueetooth Is Automatically Turning ON , Even After I Had Switched It OFF Manually In The Settings Page . So Kindly Rectify This Bug ASAP.

    The update is stable, Can you define the lead time between completing the ride and reflecting the data on App?
    On dashboard 11.6.0
    Android app 10.1.0

    3:52 We want monthly stats i.e. charging units, total distance travelled. It just get reset every 1 day of month, if we missed last month stats we missed it😢 no way to check back. Also please increase the size of map in ride details the to and destination obstruct it we cannot take a good screenshot

    2:08 The best thing about Ather deciding to make that overpriced smart helmet was that they were finally forced to redo their entire bluetooth stack and I, a 450x customer of more than a year is now finally able to connect my phone to my scooter. God bless the Halo

      @@jenilsoni9519 Very confident that it wasn't just me. Occasionally I'd have my phone automatically connect when I'd first turn on the scooter for the day but it would disconnect within a few seconds.
      Now since Atherstack 6 and mobile app v10.1.0 there's not one time when it has failed. All features work perfectly (calls, music and WhatsApp that are available so far) and it only makes you wonder that if they wanted to fix this before, they could've. They just didn't want to allocate the resources for it until they committed to launching a new connected smart helmet which for the price they wanted to price it at, they were forced to fix the fundamentals and so they did.

    I get my Rizta z with pro pack one week ago, but still my phone doesn’t connect to it with Ather app. It’s show pick your Ather. When will I able to connect?

    I would love the updates if they would work seamlessly without issues.
    Bluetooth doesn't connect on iOS + 450X unless you open the Ather App on your phone, also call decline doesn't work.
    WhatsApp notification UI is messed up.
    This is my experience on the 450x Gen 3.2. The updates were a bit rushed without proper testing?

    I love the simplicity of the stack 6. Thank you for that. One little thing that irks me every time is , i wish i could type in the google maps directly from the scooter. I don't care if its hetic and time consuming to do so. I don't want take out my phone during a traffic stop to update the address. I wish ather would let me add or search the address manually on the scooter itself like the 450 models.

    When the bluetooth icon is in paring mood with the circular brackets/connectivity state. It looks like the right indicator on Ather Rizta Z, quite confusing to be honest and as my phones bluetooth is typically off, the icon remains in the pairing mode. As a result I am always getting the feeling in my peripheral vision that I have by mistake turned on the right indicator

    Ather rizta mein pro pack ka jhamela hai mat Lena bhai log bena pro pack ka ather rizta bekar hai pro pack ko alag se Lena hota hai jo 13000 ka aata hai bekar hai ather rizta pro pack nahi le to 1.20 lakh ki aati hai insurance ke sath 3 year warranty ke sath 😢😢😢😢

    I think API Access to "My Ride / other data" should be there
    so that I can pull data from any of my automation systems and not just Alexa.

    Thank you again for the stack 6 update. One thing I forgot to mention is that , i noticed that the Google maps are a bit different compared to the 450x. On the 450x we could see the maps and our real time location as we travel even without navigating anywhere. This means I am aware of the place I currently am in the maps. Plus that info was sweet little knowledge for me just looking at the maps to see which locality and street I am on.
    Now with the rizta that information is missing. Maps only work during navigation , but even then the info is very limited. Only the street name is shown and everything else is blank. Looks bland actually.
    I understand the idea of simplicity on a family scooter but I don't think anyone would find fault with an actual map on the screen with proper data of the neighborhood. Hopefully you find time to let me know what we can do about that.
    Update: Google maps work brilliantly. No lag and delay. This is in places where there is a poor network connection so wonderfully done team.

    Ather is doing well in terms of their scooters' performance, reliability, and safety but is lacking in aesthetics. The aesthetics of EV scooters should be futuristic.

    Aap ke showroom dealer Rizta ke naam r kya lut rhe he aap ka S variant jis ko aap sab se kam kifayati price bol rhe ho tvs iqub se sasta bol rhe ho us me ek side stand ke 2100 rs alag se charge .. foot back stand 2100 Ra .3000 back comfort stand pro pack 15000 hajar jis me kuch nhi bs software ki kuch features mil rha he jis me se kaam ka he power mode baki scooter ex showroom price me ye sab de rhe he .. aise krte karte aa ka kifayati scooter 1.70 ke pass ja rha he vha kya kifayati scooter he maza aa gaya .

    I like Ather rizta but I thought CAN introduce RIZTA 3.7 KWH BETTRY pack in RIZTA "S" model or ATHER "S" Model, we want more range with minimitic features, You can introduce, I hope that this is increase market share of Whole EV market.

    Atherstack 6 is riddled with bugs. Bluetooth keeps turning back on even though we turn it off. Battery drain is horrible after Ather stack 6. Fix it or revert our software back to the previous version.

    Hello ather team. I just have two concerns. 1) my maps are lagging for about 5 secs. For example when i take a route thats not shown in the map , it lags for 5 seconds before adjusting to the new route.
    2) bluetooth needs to be turned off everytime when i turn on rhe vehicle. It should be remain turned off until we turn in back on.

    Dear Ather Team,
    You are doing a splendid job. Love you.
    When can we expect (if at all) integration with Google Assistant? I have smart home automation in my home. When I leave my home and/or when I return, I wish for my outdoor/garage lights to switch on and off automatically! Likewise, my automated gate opens and closes and when the Ather comes back home, the google speaker announces ''Ather coming home!''
    There are so many such smart automation features that would be such a cool/wow factor and differentiate from your rivals.
    Do you already have such a feature with with your Alexa Integration? Can you promise to at the very least take it up at your next product development meeting?

    Atherstack 6 have fixed the long-time Bluetooth-related issue and now our iPhone is easily connected to the scooter. WhatsApp notifications are also very helpful. The mobile app UI has improved a lot, very snappy to use. Overall the Atherstack 6 is really awesome.

    I recently installed TPMS to my Ather Rizta 3.7 Z model. But i am not able to see it in dashboard. In the app it got updated and it say front Zero, rear zero. Not sure how to resolve the issue.

    The ather stack 6 on my new ather 450x has made the regen animation laggier and stuttery. The power wing is also delayed, the throttle change I give is reflected on the screen after a second or two of delay now.

    I have a Rizta Z 2.9w, I have received the stack6 update. My WhatsApp notification is working but I am not receiving any call notification. I have contacted the customer support for the same over email but no resolution till now. It would be great if you can help me.
    Also, I find it really annoying that when I turn the Bluetooth off from the settings it turn on automatically whenever I turn the key off/on again, Can we have a permanent turn off feature for bluetooth.

    A bug need to be fixed on stack6 on 450S
