Hello Tim, just for the record, Ange Capuozo and Martin Page-relo are French born, trained, playing in France, who could be selected by Italy because they have Italian grand-parents. Paolo Garbizi, on the other hand is Italian and playing currently for Toulon.
Thanks once again. I'm just learning about top 14, finally getting to see games regularly. Fwiw, gregan/larkham for the brumbies, marshall/merhtens for cruz 96-02/03. Carter paired up with Andy Ellis for a number of years at cruz, but possibly only one or two titles 🤔 so less dominant there
It is difficult for players who don't speak French to play a leadeship role and to integrate quickly in the team's style of play. Stade Toulousain probably put more effort in helping foreign players to adapt and adopt the Toulouse life and club ethos, that is IMO the main reason this club has such success with "imports", either already celebrities, like Kaino, international players like Willis and Kinghorn, or unknown like Meafu.
Dupont obviously, NTK plays SO solid on both end, not a chocker that he's mentioned here, but Kolisi, just for the Top 14 alone, is a big disappointment, Racing 92 is and old team already, and to add Faz next season is for me not a bright idea. 1st he's gonna be booed everywhere, I guess he's used to but still, R92 is a slow team already and not that powerful, being in the Top 6 gonna be pretty hard next season. But I like that Joe talk about the player but also how wealthy they are for the Top 14 economy, very interesting, because it's that at the end, the rugby business side is very important.

I love the channel Tim. Your passion for rugby in general is second to none.
One negative though. Calling R9 fat Ronaldo?! That’s harsh.
TJ Perenara and Beauden Barrett at the Hurricanes have to be in the all-time halfback partnership conversation.
You're so knowledgeable and passionate about rugby, I just love all your vids
Thanks for the video, love this channel!

Too many names. Kolisi, N'tamack, Penaud, Will Skelton... and Dupont of course.
