Niagara Falls Marathon & Vlog 2023

Welcome to my race recap of the 2023 Niagara Falls Marathon and vlog! This video will feature both my race experience, and some of the things we did before and after the marathon in Canada.

The race started off good, but the last 5 miles were tough. As you'll see in my splits, I slowed down drastically once I got to mile 20. The cold wind was freezing my legs, and the leg spasms were painful. So I did not PR, but I did still run a good race and had a good time!
Congratulations to all the other runners who ran the race! And thank you to all the race organizers, volunteers and city workers who make these events happen!
In the rest of the vlog you'll see my partner and I explore the city of Niagara Falls, play mini gold with my family, and take a train ride in Jim Thorpe on our ride back home to PA.

Congratulations. I am thinking of running this marathon in 2024. What hotel did you stay? I didn't realize this was an out and back, because I thought they mentioned something about going over the Peace Bridge and I was thinking you ran into NY at some point. Also, was it easy getting to/from the hotel to the start/finish? Thanks for sharing this video!

After seeing this, I have to look into doing this marathon and taking in the sites of the Falls.
