Not sure where your sister is getting from that products for her hair texture aren’t available in the Netherlands? There’s hundreds of thousands Black people in the Netherlands over here, from the Caribbean and Africa. There are cosmetic stores and salons where they sell products for her hair.

Did you find the Dutch people to be friendly? Of all the places I have been in Europe, I didn't find them particularly friendly. They weren't rude or anything -- they just didn't seem to care to engage much.
