    Is this your whole meal in a day? Vegetables make my tummy fat really so fat. How are you solving this issue?

    Plants lack vitamin A, D3, K2, B12, heme-iron, saturated fat and omega 3 (as EPA and DHA).
    Supplements are toxic and may be poorly absorbed, so veganism is not sustainable long term.
    Have you tried either a more balanced Weston Price diet (advocates all food groups, but organic, and grains must be fermented)
    or an ancestral diet such as keto/paleo/carnivore or sapien diet (mainly meat minimal carbs)?

      She hasn't. And yes - there is some truth to what you're claiming... Unfortunatelly.
