Plants lack vitamin A, D3, K2, B12, heme-iron, saturated fat and omega 3 (as EPA and DHA). Supplements are toxic and may be poorly absorbed, so veganism is not sustainable long term. Have you tried either a more balanced Weston Price diet (advocates all food groups, but organic, and grains must be fermented) or an ancestral diet such as keto/paleo/carnivore or sapien diet (mainly meat minimal carbs)?
