I try to avoid by all means family gatherings unfortunately. I feel very uncomfortable and not in my shoes with my family. As a matter of fact, I feel this feeling most intense when I am with my family than with anybody else. So enjoying your gatherings with your family is such a blessing.

Hi Amanda. It's Saturday at 8.53am in Singapore. 6hrs after you posted. In Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei, we usually have bazaar Ramdhan selling food for iftar. Of course we cook most of the time. Other items at bazaars sold are Malay traditional dresses, abayas, scarves, to wear on Eid day, home decor, and such. Most of us pray terawih in masjids. I usually pray terawih at home during the last 10 days of Ramdhan after isya' prayers. We celebrate Eid in the whole month of Syawal. Hehehe. Visit family members, relatives and friends. Lots of foods and petit fours will be served.

I started fasting when i was 4 y 😂 my mom told me that i wanted to imitate her or something like that but i remember some days that i break my fast on secret with my sisters😀😂💔And on my family usually we start fasting at age 6 or 7 They start by fasting every other day then the next ramadan they try to fast the whole month
When me and my husband got married, we got two cats. He grew up in Doha, so he wasn’t used to having pets at all. He used to sit and just watch our orange cat Tango eat his food like it was the most amazing thing to witness. Fast forward 20 years later we have a doodle but he can’t stand the cat hair and I really want cat again especially an orange one.
