Looks kind of those disposable blades you put in those knives that you break off the tip when it is dull..... but that is just what I think it might be. Check out you local hardware store, they might have an answer, or a solution to this conundrum.... good luck any way.
Yes, the utility blades would be great, but they would rust quickly, Someone mentioned pocket rulers, just need to sharpen the edges, Make them reversible.

Muy bueno, yo le aria un protector donde que dan las cuchillas descubiertas, y con el bocado un empujador para no meter la mano y correr peligro de cortarte los dedos, en cuanto a la freida un balde más profundo y con un colador para que se escurre el aceite.
