CHOCOLATE ROLLED CHRISTMAS LOG, EASY and FAST!

The traditional chocolate rolled Christmas log! A quick and easy log with a rolled biscuit and a delicious chocolate ganache, all ready in 15 minutes top chrono! The recipe written on my pastry blog here: www.iletaitunef... ❤️ Pull down the info bar ❤️
Ingredients for a 10-person rolled chocolate log:
For the biscuit rolled with hazelnuts:
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 80 g of flour
- 40 g of hazelnut powder
For the chocolate ganache:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 250 g of liquid cream
- 50 g of butter
Ouch! I said "spoon" instead of "fork" at the end of the recipe, but you understand! ;)
