How i believe it so sid called the police and probably the police knew about sid stabbed so they called the ambulance while some how ste called the same ambulances so they said sid was dead but really he was alive so he went to witness protection

I may be wrong but here's my theory about this maybe Sid Peri and Ste made a plan together and what we saw had to be real for Victor to believed Sid gone when in fact he's in hiding so that Victor will feel like he's on top not realizing his downfall is set in motion. In other words when Victor finally go down Sid will return along with Juliet and Charlie and this whole nightmare will be over and than deal with the aftermath. Like I said only a theory one thing for sure this show does keep you guessing and that's what I like about it.
