Blue Suede Cruise 7_19_2013

Blue Suede Cruise - Summit Motorsports Park - Norwalk, OH. Day1 - Friday - 7/19/2013. First half mostly racing, ..last half mostly hotrods and some more racing. Didn't video much at the line, and not the big gun dragsters ...too hard to video and cover both ears at the same time.

do you remember the witt kit vette? it was owned by larry witt from Ravenna he used to race it 42 in the late 60`s thru the early 70`s,,,just wondering buddy

Nope. From KC. Didn't come to Cleveland until '71. But it is cool how certain cars get stuck in your brain from 40 or 50 years ago. I saw a metallic blue '34 coupe parked on a side street on a hot summer day 50 years ago (chrome reverse wheels, wide whites, pie-crust clicks, chrome grenade shifter, etc .. ...and just recently a FB Friend posted a picture of it in a car show in the 60's. Made my day.
