I met clive at barock to rock guitar festival in germany where we both played and since then I am his biggest Fan. his playing is pure : no BS, on point great steelstring music. with all the shiny circus like drumming and cover playing , tapping all over the neck of the youngsters, people forget the roots are improvisation on : Celtic, Blues , Folk , Rock and everything else ... Clive has it covered. my favourite guitarist out there. he said he loves Lightning Hopkins . I said so do I. Nuff said.
Every time I listen to this song I enjoy it even more. I think a good lyric writer could put some words to it and they would have a hit pop song. The main riff is just really memorable. Great job Clive! You should try and sell this as a sound track piece.

This song came about as a result of Clive's son asking him "Dad, can't you write something good, like the Foo Fighters?" Hence the pop-like hooks!
Might well look like David Cameron's wee brother but by Christ he can play.
Not of this earth....!
