Finally a video that doesn't talk about the lore of the servant or powerlevel but about the themes of fate... It's really lacking and while I sometimes disagree with your points, your video is a blessing and you made me rethink about a lot of my own beliefs of the themes of FSN and i'm thankful for that.
So many misinterpretation and I had to stop mid video. Your assumption about Shirou character are based on your own misinterpretation. You're under assumption he is a normal person with obsession of becoming a hero. It's actually an excuse that Shirou uses, caused by a deeper scar in his life. The same reason why he told Saber "girl should not be fighting". Shirou actually suffers from survival's guilt. From the very beginning of the story. It's being told over and over again within all three route, how he questioned his own worth, which is NONE according to him. He jumps in front of Berserker BECAUSE of that. He told Archer to GTFO when confronting Caster for the same reason. He seeks Sakura for the same reason.
uncle, when will our next lecture class be? my parents are worried about these college lectures, saying stuff like "Are they even real classes?" and "Why do we spend 10k on you a year to only go to 3 classes in a school year" i think they're onto me
The backstory of Heaven's Feel does also apply to the other two routes, it's just that it's never revealed. But I mean, even in (very) early HF, Sakura wears the same metaphorical mask she dons in the rest of the VN, so I don't see an inconsistency there. Also, I don't think normal Shirou even _can_ pull off the projections he uses with Archer's arm.
I kind of ironic that you said that cause fate is hell of cut down there were so many ideas and concepts that they cut off hell there were supposed to be a whole another route maybe even 2 and even more characters so calling fate unfulfilled is probably the best way to go
yeeeah opinions on stay night are usually conflicting so ill wait until i get in the mood to add my two cents on this. this post was writen by the "shirou's existence is a deconstruction of basic protagonists, sakura is best girl, shirousaber is sweet as a friendship but toxic romantically" gang.
@@satansmascara9756 I think they do understand eachother Well the fate ending is kinda sweet because they both will be in Avalon and understand eachother better now--

Honestly we are kind of lacking in fate videos in general I mostly see fgo and people for some reason don't talk about the themes at all
"the pacing of a dead duck" is one of my new favorite quotes

That's sorta true but I'd argue it's deeper then that

great video man wonderful job
There's definitely some flaws with this review for sure but it's definitely one of the better ones I've seen.

I have so many problems with the review but it's quite good

No
@@r.k845 yes, constantly misunderstanding eachother and not being able to communicate properly until you're in grave danger is super healthy lol

There's a lot of things I don't like about this route
