Thank you very much! I've never done drums before but I'm gonna give this a go tomorrow!

DO NOT PUT ON THE PARKING BRAKE. Chock the front wheels for safety. You won’t be able to get the drum off or back on if the brake shoes are pushed against them due to the parking brake. DUH!

Great comment, and while we are at it, why put the parking brake on? You will never get the rear drum off with it on.

1:11 is completely useless, it would have been more helpful to show the mechanic doing it rather than a confusing diagram. Like is the arrow saying to bend it down or push it forward? How do you actually reach the arm with a straight screwdriver? What is actually going on in that pic? It's so frustrating how these videos are put together.

I don't get why it's always so easy for people in videos. I was pushing on the springs for 20 mins. I can't get it to reach the end of the pin. Same size as the pin that came out. Besides it's aluminum. What happens if the pin cap thing gets bent. Am I skewed.

Yes. If the pin cap thing is bent, might as well just throw the car away.

Please, just hire a mechanic if this video isn't up to your standards. Or the 10 y.o. next door...
