The plans don’t have to be complicated either, for example, let’s work mid and look for a pick, then we rotate towards where we think less enemies are and play post plant. If things don’t go your way, now you make decisions about what the best course of action would be. For example, you died mid in the previous plan and it’s now 4v5. An adaptation would be something like: “Alright, smoke bottom mid and fight catwalk with me so we can even out the round. and make it a 4v4.” Just basic plans and adaptations. The last thing I will say is to always trust your gut. For example, the enemy could push heaven or CT, I would trust wherever you think he will come out of and go with that. As time goes on, your intuition will get better. I just wouldn’t doubt yourself and just go with it. If you lose, so be it. Eventually this will improve. Let me know if this helped!

Step 4: record this with games and in a spreadsheet. Putting in mistakes what you did well and what you noticed etc. step 5: create a quiz after a week and test yourself. Step 6: after a week delve into deeper bits of your selected skill. Step 7: continue this for around 66 days and then change your selected skill. I have more but this is the main routine I do and I’ve managed to get from hardstuck gold for 3 damn years to immortal 1. Good luck
Longer you hold an angle without something to stimulate your brain, the longer it will take for you to react, so maybe the wiff was a result in slower reaction time because of this phenomenon. If you jiggle, way more likely you have faster reaction time

you should use heal there even if you're full, it's a 1v1 anyway and the speed boosted will help
