I work at a land scraping company in Michigan, I love seeing other companies. I found this a couple days ago I love this channel I haven’t stopped watching since I found it. I love seeing the way things happen there and I can tell it’s not scripted. You genuinely seem like a great boss and this seems like a great place to work.

Kaleb, I know its hard loosing an employee but being supportive of them shows that you are a good boss and you will find that people respond better to you when getting a new Employee.. I worked 13 years for a guy who praised me to everybody while i was there. When i left to get a better job and gave him almost a months notice and stayed on and trained the new employee and made sure it was a smooth transition he showed me his true side by Screwing me out of my vacation and sick time. Dont be that Guy!
this is probably the best landscaping channel. A lot of the good channels got so big and just say what they gotta say to get some fancy equipment to use
I am retired now but I had a contractor business years ago and employees will drive you crazy some guys are always late some are awsome and it's everything in between. I just got very tired of excuses very stressful. I finished my career as a plumber for a school district and all of my stress went away. My hats off to you for being truthful about running a small to mid size business. People that are thinking about starting their own business should follow your channel and then they might think twice. Have a great day

12 years ago I was a welder in a fab shop while I started my landscape business evenings and weekends. Welding sucks after a while lol. It’s like getting burnt for a living. leaning over red hot metal all summer long, also not enjoyable…. I hope he likes it more then I did lol

We had to complete opposite problem in North Eastern Ohio we have been going out almost every day in January had 4 days off i believe Not alot of snow but just enough where we had to go out and at least salt every day, and believe me all this work and lake of sleep causes tension between employees and me who has to call them every day to come in.
