For this, I would include the rows as placeholder (and replace them with a separated string or in a loop), or actually use a templating engine such as Quarkus Qute. This sounds a little bit too much just for Text Blocks :)

Sadly only available on Java 15 +.
We still develope with jdk8 :( :D
