This duo always got the shaft. I was upset with what happened at the Olympic games in Turin. At least they both still look good and coach successful teams.
I know them through being fans of V/M but D/L are such great skaters in their own right. I saw a video of them from 03 and they improved so much in the years. I saw a show program from 2010 and they were even better. They were amazing.
I love this team, I love this program. I just get wound up and mesmerized as I do in so many of their other competitive moments. This was the best. I loved the 2006-2007 FD though as well. I miss them and their skating.

Their influence can be seen in Papadakis and Cizeron who in my opinion they coached to be the best the world has ever seen. If you look up the list of skaters they have coached it's an astounding success story. Only true Talent can do that.
