I'll never forget when I took my nephew (at 20 months) for his first haircut, he's now 23. He was so frightened by the sound of the hair-cutter that I had to sit in the chair and hold him close to me while he cried at first and then got comfortable. His mother (my sister) was too chicken to go because she said the minute he started crying she was taking him back home. My brother-in-law was out of town on business so I took him. If I live to be 100 that is one beautiful memory that will stay with me forever :):):)
