This vehicle mod is the basic Quacker but completely unaffected by Off-Road. Below contains information comparing it to the Magikruiser.
The Magikruiser loses this much in comparison:
12.51% of its speed on Weak Off-Road (ex. Grumble Volcano)
32.54% on Normal Off-Road (ex. Mario Raceway)
60.03% on Heavy Off-Road (ex. Desert Hills)
1.34% on Slippery Road (ex. Sherbet Land)
This means the off-road bonus is VERY noticeable on tracks like Desert Hills and only a minimal improvement on Sherbet Land. I think the Magikruiser would still be better on Sherbet Land because it is faster than the Quacker.

u know what this means... REVIVAL OF MARIO CART WII! I have it for my Wii also, but it cant connect to WFC cuz my wii is outdated, like it has all the updates its just that its no longer supportable so I usually play single player or with family. Oof.

This is the kind of balance I want to see in more Mario Kart games. Give each vehicle something that makes it totally unique while still making it fun to use.
I highly doubt Nintendo's gonna catch on, though.
I'm trying to imagine a mod where the more "hopeless" vehicles have stats like this.
It's _really_ hard to balance that though.
My strat: high acceleration. Thats why i am always trying to get boost panels, mini tutbo, trick off rapm etc.
they did that in mario kart DS, atleast a special trait for the characters, but not the karts
Atlas should make a mod where one of the light weight vehicles (bullet bike, magikruiser, etc) has max weight.

also I noticed some others making some good suggestions. Here they are:
1. Lightweight vehicle with max weight
2. Max speed but really low everything else
And some of my own:
1. A vehicle with every stat that barely matters at max
2. A vehicle with max speed and mini turbo but terrible handling and drift
3. Jetsetter with max drift and unchanged everything else
4. Bit Bike with double every stat

You wouldn't get anywhere near the other racers, even if you managed to somehow steer it.
It would take you forever to accelerate, and if you run into or get hit by anything, you're back to the forever acceleration.

Stand-still Mini turboing with the highest accelerated vehicle in the game.
Typical floundering
I know the Bullet Bike has similar-ish acceleration, and Standstill is faster for the BB (though not by much), so who knows.
The Flame Runner is NOT similar to the Bullet Bike's acceleration.
Standstill acceleration (Larger = faster):
Flame Runner: 0.58188 0.2128 0.3364 0.04364
Bullet Bike: 0.75358 0.4148 0.4374 0.05374
Mach Bike: 0.65056 0.2936 0.3768 0.04768
Quacker: 0.5 1.75 0.45 0.045
The BB has significantly better acceleration vs. the Flame Runner and even Mach Bike across the board.
For the Quacker, 1.75 is significantly better, yes, but the actual calculation (other than being an exponential function) isn't known and the rest are even/worse. It's better but it can't be THAT much better. (I will concede the quacker is slow)
(These are stage 1/2/3/4 acceleration values and represent your acceleration with a given % of your max speed)

A mod that’s the complete opposite of the Gold Runner. A vehicle with the speed of the Bit Bike (25), the weight of the Quacker (17), the acceleration of the Flame Flyer (16), the handling, off-road and mini-turbo of the Jetsetter (17, 16, 16) and the drift of the Phantom (17).

2:55 - You can see Tristan jump over me and get 2nd over me at the line
4:05 - I came SOOOOOO close of hitting that blue. Kinda surprised I got out of it.
4:50 - I pull a TC and get 4th place, but if Troy didn't have shrooms and the TC lasted *just* a bit longer, I woulda had first. You can see the mini-map and my demise lol
5:55 - I get lag bumped into the wall with triple bananas by Troy even though he is nowhere near me
6:55 - Forgot to mention that I'm Daisy for all GPs, and you can see me just flub on the mini-map lmfao
8:45 - I pull a shroom as I bumped Troy, and you can see me crawl out of the water on his screen lol
9:30 - LMFAOOOOO I'm in 3rd and i'm holding a bomb, i get bulleted onto the side by the tree, drop the bomb, and you can see me get destroyed in the video and get last
9:52 - That's me being counted out of bounds after getting bumped off :)
11:10 - It's hard to tell from Troy's screen, but there were at least 5 people, including me who got hit by that bomb
13:15 - I came INCHES from hitting Troy's greens on my screen while taking Ultra, but ended up in first afterwards. I actually played this race insanely well, getting 2/2 sand hop, although getting basically bumped off afterwards both times, 3/3 wall glitch, and doing ultra lap 1
13:30 - I hit a pillar and then get hit by a red and it was just bad, you can see the result.
14:45 - LMFAO THAT BOTTOM 4 ROSALINA TRAIN
That's all the races that I was featured in, but there was a Mario Raceway race that Troy cut out where Atlas and Troy top 2'd, but I did the dumb strat where you just wheelie to the wall all the way in the offroad at the very start, and came in 3rd, but almost completed the comeback.

Lucy Hunt, we did 150cc vs 200cc vs 99999cc (I played with 99999cc because I was the only one who practiced it) and I think that even 150cc was better on plenty of tracks.

I used to love Quacker/Magikoopa back on online. Their offroad was nice, but their drifting radius made them my favorite.
Y’all need to do a vehicle mod where you take all the OP mods like the over exaggerated drift etc. just pump em up to the crazy amounts y’all can put em up to and call it the uranium runner, where the stats are both a blessing and a curse
I screwed up the handling stat of a custom character once. The lightest of taps to left or right made him spin in circles.
