You can see the reflection of the lights of a police car on the first girl. The look of horror on the second and the third one is protecting a baby. You can also see someone's face being covered up by black on the second family photo. So my theory is that the girl that was protecting the baby was the one that probably the one that commit the murder because you can see two people arguing and she is staring at them with tears in her eyes. That means that she was probably the one that commit the murder because she got so sick and tired of the two people arguing that she killed one of them or both of them. However the first girl might have been the killer due to the fact that she had a look of guilt on her face as the police arrived. The people that were arguing might not actually have been arguing and it might have just been the police and the first girl might have been the one that commit the murder. However don't forget that everyone's eyes were missing in the photos so there could be more to it. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
